Dear NetJets Pilots,

From those of us who no longer care that you are on the verge of strike: Bring it. We charter pilots only stand to make more when you fail to understand the economics of your situation and make rash decisions as a result. Yes, anyway you slice it you make less. However your schedule, and domiciles available are something you won't see after you push yourselves out of work and our forced to join our ranks. You are the creators of your own predictament, and hopefully you won't do long term damage to business aviation while you seek to sqeeze blood out of beets. The bottom line...your bretheren in charter don't care anymore, in fact in recent discussions I have agreed with many others, when you destroy yourselves there will be many more opportunities for the rest of us.

Cheers,

Well honey, which is it. You hope to make more money or you hope we don't damage business aviation? You don't really know what you want, do you? As far as being forced to "join your ranks" - don't hold your breath. I think we'll get what we need and not even have to strike. Thanks for caring enough to take the time to post.

What this "tool" fails to realize is that, when NetJets pilot get a pay raise, we all get a pay raise! Because they are such a large amount of pilots flying the same equipment as you and I, high wages at NetJets brings a higher "industry standard." A rising tide lifts all boats.

Dont settle for less NetJet Pilots, many of us are counting on you! Get what you are WORTH!

Bull effing sh!t. We already make a multiple of your salary. That's like saying that my pay will increase because flight instuctors now get $X per hour. Completely unrelated.

Any business model that thrives on low wages from front line employees deserves to die on the vine. You scavengers out there can have it if management at NJA decides to back the pilots into that corner. STMFD.

LOL, that is a good one. Netjets pilots actually get to go on strike (not gonna happen), it causes us to go out of business (uhhh,ok) and we all leave in search of 135 charter jobs (Not if it were the last job in the industry.) You got us all figgered out!

I know it is flame bait anyway, just couldn't resist.

Let's say we buy that way of thinking. So in reciprocal, can we blame Netjets pilots for lowering the pay scale today and in the past? All charter pilots make crap wages because of Netjets pilots......after all, currently NetJets wages bring a lower "industry standard". All boats run aground in a low tide.

They can all park their bizjets for all I care. If all we can make is these sh!t wages, I'l go back to flying airlines, and they'll be forced into buying tickets at real market prices.
