come to NJA

DOH! The only one I knew personally was a SouthWest 14 yr pilot who had to leave at age 60. He needed the dough so he came to NJA ( after being turned down by NJI). Stayed here 2 yrs and got transfered to NJI.

Anyone leaving those two entites, to come here, would most likely be from retirement at age 60...

Hahhaa. I did not say that the SWA guys coming over weren't retirees. I will say though that one given a job offer is weighing the pros and cons of going to a place like SWA. Sure SWA is cool and has a strong balance sheet. I'm sure it's great to work there.

Will it last to your retirement? That is the question.
 
Count me as an NJA guy that would NEVER go to LUV or FedEx. Great companies though. My issue is with commuting. I will never, ever, not in a million years, ever commute again.
