I do have a job at a major. And to come clean, I am the now banned The Guat, I am the now banned TabExpressF/O, I am the now banned GuppyKiller and will probably get banned for being the Rhoid as well. I have certainly enjoyed baiting all of you over the years. You guys are too easy. You believe most everything on this board and frankly I do it because I am bored sitting around the crash pad wishing I had another job doing something I really enjoy, because flying for a major airine certainly isn't it. I hope that you all eventually make it to your career goal.

Thank you Rhoid for making my decisions a little easier regarding banning posters. I know I gave you a little slack because I thought you were young (and dumb). Now, I don't know if you're young. Since the cornerstone of aviation is credibility and being able to trust what your peers are telling you is correct, you've taken advantage of a long-earned trust. I wont comment about the uniform comment. I wear a different uniform than you and it says a lot more than the one you hope to wear. CAL is a great company. It is a proven fact. MGT is run by people who want to run a great airline...not someone who hopes to put 5 mil in his pocket and split. There are things that most people have to weigh. For me it is simple. I would love to fly for FED EX/ UPS....the security blacket would be nice, but...I am a people person and love to interact and therefore quality of life, ie getting to work with other crew memeber, would be an advantage. Another would be not to have to fly the backside of the clock.....I know I know, it isn't all night, but most of it is. There is a great deal to be said about being on he same clack as the rest of the world. CAL is the tip of the spear as far as legacy carriers go. All boieng fleet, 787 on the way, new China markets...etc. Also 50% of the pilot group is retiring within 10 years. Are you really going to be at the bottom for very long if you get hired soon? Everyone is different and I have to figure out what is best for me and that is to get hired by CAL/FED EX/UPS ASAP. It is that simple for me.
