I guess, but does AWAC got the cash? Being privately held guess will never know. I doubt it though.

I definately wouldn't mind them though, good place from what I hear

The $125 million investment in Airways is now worth $362 million. Granted it's all on paper, but I would assume that would make for some pretty decent collateral.

But they wouldn't sell of their investment in US Air to buy Comair, that is their meal ticket.

As per the www.mesahub.com

Your Negotiating Committee was not replaced.

Same since your last famous contract (2003)

The negotiating committee which worked on the previous contract were replaced soon after that contract was ratified. I can't remember, but I think it was something about their terms of office expiring.

I would have to look and see who exactly was involved, but I know that at least the head of the negotiating committee - Don Lyons - was replaced.

Also, with new MEC leadership things seem to be heading in a positive direction.

However, make no mistake, JO hates ALPA and will most likely do whatever it takes to undermine the union's bargaining position again. He is already doing that this year with our F/A's AFA union and their negotiations.

Your Neg Com is the same. Check again.

Here is the same three: AT Chairman, MH Member, KW Alternate Member.

Wow, sounds like such a mess. After 7 years I left Comair last week. I wish you all the very best. I think your days might very well be numbered. Delta sure did destroy a great company.
