I'm usually in a hurry when I'm on the ground. ASIG is not. At times I've waited up to 2.5 hours for their fuel truck. Has anyone else had bad experiences with ASIG? Do they have a company policy to provide crappy service to customers that don't buy more than 500 gallons at a time? Do quick turns piss them off?

ASIG is owned by signature, but typicaly fuels airliners. airliners have a schedule, most 135s dont. so if you show up when they just started topping off a 757 get ready to wait.

Completely depends on the location. For example, ASIG LAX sucks, ASIG DTW, not so bad. I was talking to a line guy out at DTW the other night. He has been working there 17 years, and he said he will not make it 18. They short staff them, they use to be union, but somehow kicked them out, they have cut pay, extended hours etc etc.

ATL ASIG sux! They told us we cant even park on the ramp. Go to Mercury and they can come over and fuel us there. Yeah, right! Like Mercury is gonna let that happen? Had Mercury do it instead

The 2.5 hour wait was at LAX at 4:00am. I was told that we didn't make our "fueling appointment" early enough.

LAX ASIG really sucks......they used to steal the catering from the VIP 727 I used to fly. And my crew meal was usually in there too

Dude, you should have told them you would have broken bad with the ancient Irish Shorts VooDoo curse if they didn't bring that gas truck NOW :)
