We have all taken our fair share of hits.

Out of curiosity, who is willing to take more pay cuts?

Many of us are still working under the former BK or expired contracts with almost no work rules.

What is your line in the sand?

It doesn't matter what your personal line in the sand is, management knows exactly what to do to get 60% of a vote. They'll appease the top half of the list to keep a semblance of their former job but at a severe pay cut. Whatever is offered it will be better than flat out losing their job, thanks to the horrible unbalanced pay scale we've helped create in this industry. The junior guys will just get all around raped, but they only get 1 vote each.

Have and will continue to vote no even if liquidation is the end result. Let them all take the bus!

The good news is that a concerted effort (illegal or not) by 20% of the group could easily destroy any airline and force it into liquidation. I think we are probably at that point now for most airlines.

You mean a CHAOS or wildcat type of action?
