Who is getting hired at NetJets?

I recently gave IOE to a new hire with less than 3000 TT and most of his professional time was in the right seat of a 1900. He was outstanding. The company hires folks with all kinds of experience and it really helps us all. We all learn from each other and we all become stronger pilots due to our diversity of experiences. Maybe there is a lesson for life in there somewhere....

This post is just one of the MANY reasons I chose to pursue NJ ....you can see ( read ) the difference in attitude in NJ threads.....mostly positive attitudes....its refreshing and what this website was meant for in the first place.....unlike the insanity and childish posts on the regional forum...Thanks for the great attitude! I am sure if reflects what someone will expect at NJ. I am very much looking forward to becoming a part of NJ!
