Who is Freedom and Why are they in my Backyard?

I would like to know what type of person flies for Freedom?... Are these young 18 year olds that dont know any better? Are they SCABS crawling out from under the sewers.

Are there any Freedom employees reading this board?

If there are, how much $$ did you get for your soul?

How does a company like that succeed? How do they recruit employees? How do they stay in business.. There can not be that many people out there willing to undercut our jobs until we are working for free?

Does Delta not understand that you get what you pay for! If you are willing to hire employees that work for small wages and awful work rules you will see bent metal, high turnover rates.. poor customer service...

Freedom is Mesa just like Air Midwest is Mesa. Just different certificate. Same pilots and same seniority list. Just continue bashing Freedom keeping in mind you are bashing all the pilots at Mesa.

That's not how it's set up at this point. They are a separate seniority list right now, and they don't have a contract.

Sure is odd to see so many angry RJ pilots in regards to Freedom, TSA, and Gojet. These same pilots that accuse Mesa of "selling their soul" are the same types that gladly take mainline jobs away w/ 70 and 90 seaters. They fight against mainline scope, join the RJDC, hate flowbacks, and now bitch that someone will undercut their flying. Talk about greedy.

Please explain how freedom pilots are crossing picket lines, and therefore, scabs.

Freedom is a black mark on mesa's name, however as far as I know it's now been fixed and they're all under one senority list. Atleast the mesa pilots prevented freedom from getting out of hand. Hopefully the TSA guys can do the same.
