There is more to live and than the saddle your riding. Quality of life, pay, a future with the same company. Slavery or should I say a life of being an indentured servant is no life. Think I'm full of it. Pick up the phone and call a plumber, tell him you have a bad leak. You need him now. Then ask him if he will except your hourly pay to cover the bill per hour. I'll bet he hangs up.

Ring a bell. Airplanes are not everything. Pay quality of life. Thats what your CEO works for.. Show that auto repair shop the picture of the 190 your flying and see if he will take $20/hr off his $65/hr rate.

Are you getting it yet.. The 190 is the carrot.... Flying is a job..

If Rep. or Chq are such a great deal, Why are the 15-17 year MDA pilots not jumping at the chance. We learned the hard why. Oh, yes, it won't happen to me. Learn from others mistakes. It makes life easer.
