Isn't it always the case!

Bye Bye-General Lee:rolleyes:

I hear SkyWest is looking around for an A/C to use on some routes that has some performance to replace the EMB to places like JAC and SUN???

I''ve heard very reliably that CMR is now (within the last week) being told to forget the ATL domicile and plan to "devote their resources to the Northeast". Read what you want into that.

Regarding the Doorknobs, I've also been told that Bombardier has offered DAL a trade in deal for CRJs.

I've been hearing BOS...uggh!

Skyway, AKA MidWest Express, Express. They operate 717's. As usual ALPA's scope has a lot more to do with keeping the "preferred" members in a position to out vote the "non preferred" members.

Why doesn't ACA challenge Delta's contract 2000 on anti trust grounds? Clearly the Delta pilots contracted to control the tools and methods of production. That is outside the anti trust exemption for labor agreements.

ACA's not challenging it because they want to get rid of the 328's. The 328's aren't part of ACA's (now Indy Air) business plan and they are just a big liability. Being forced to dump them off on Skyway (or whoever) is a plus for ACA.

Skyway Airlines is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Midwest Airlines and operates under a different certificate. Also, Midwest stopped using the name "Midwest Express Airlines" last year.

Skyway, flying as Midwest Connect, operates the 328 and 1900 while Midwest flies the 717 and MD80 series aircraft.

It came out of an instructor brand training session Thursday from Bill Brown that additional furloughs are not necessary. With the Airbus delivery schedules, the current corps will be adequate.

Of course, he mentioned nothing about the DCI fiasco because details are scarce.

What was told to me...I only know what I was told.

Tailwinds...
