It's on the far right, on the parking lot side as viewed from the catwalk. Was moving around the other day, supposed to be up by May I believe. Current classes are going to both YUL and CLT.

Correct.

FSI STL is contracted to do Initial and Bridge training classes.

Sim training is accomplished in YUL (CAE???) for Initials and at the US Airways Training Facility in CLT for Bridge and Recurrent training.

FSI STL was to have their E170/190 Sim operational on 2/12 but as of that date it was still in boxes. I have not heard a projected certification date for that Sim.

They were testing the 170 sim as of last week. They were playing with the software and visuals. It wasn't moving around yet, but should be by this week.

It's about time. Where did they put it and what came out on the floor?

Blackie,

The 170 sim is going in the same sim bay as the Saab and the Jetstreems. Flight Safety took out the old DC9 Sim and that is where they are putting the 170.

Hopefully now the company will use SLT & CLT for sim training and leave out Montreal. Beautiful city, but the hotel location is much to be desired.
