They will be fitted with a straight wing and some props then sent to Colgan. The great Lord help us all.

9E adding 26 crews into the 900 by January (based on 26 total crew vacancies) That makes little sense if there was no growth. DL schedule shows 9E flying a bunch out of CVG starting in DEC.

Two weeks ago, Freedom was loosing seven 900's. One and a half weeks ago, Comair was getting seven 900's. One week ago, Comair was NOT getting seven 900's. Anybody heard what is to become of those seven airframes?

Who cares...
They'll go wherever Delta decides...end of story!
Pinnacle...Mesa...Comair...ASA...Colgan...Bahamas Air...Jazz...whoever is the cheapest with the cheapest costs, pilot wages and the works will get them! And the following month...they might go to someone else, so ....who cares!

PCLs flight schedule was supposed to remain the same with nine operational airframes until the beginning of next year. Meanwhile, management continue vacancies for that airplane to the tune of adding 45 new crews between now and January 1st.

Then the Delta schedule comes out and it includes this service starting in December:

2045 9E CP9 CVG ATL 1320 1452 Dec02

So you see apparently Pinnacle is getting them for now, until Delta decides otherwise. Oh well, I still make more flying a smaller plane...

We could send them to delta where they should have gone a long time ago..

Dont go throwing logic into this discussion.

Besides I would never let my squadron buddies fly 1 of those RJ's.

Mainline didn't want them in the first place.

What about the Fokker's the old guys used to fly. These things are bigger than those.

Shouldve held the line at 50 seats.

Bull Sh*t shouldve held the line at props.

Delta had their chance to staple the ASA/comair guys.

Comair deserved DOH!

To late now I hope Comair furloughs everybody. Those F*ckers didn't hire any of our furloughed guys without them giving up their seniority number.

ALPA suxs!

ALPA can't do anything about it. All the MEC's operate as separate entities.

Did I miss anything?? Lets face it the cat is out of the bag and it is got us all bent over prrrring the entire time it nails us without lube. The whole system is so screwed up.

I bet they mad a deal for 9E to take the 900's. In exchange 3-50's will leave for every 900 they get.

Yeaaaay.

More 90 seaters!! (Oh I mean 76 seat..With 1stClass)

GRRREAT pay (Well it is 50 seat plus 5%).

This is what the industry has come to. Guys happy to see more crappy paying big RJs. As long as upgrade time seems reasonable the line will be long to fly them.

I would love to see PNCL pilots say F-OFF till we get a contract. But then they'd lose the flying to the next guy who would fly the plane for 60 something bucks an hour. Do the guys who fly these things feel taken advantage of?
