My good friend had only one ref called. He got hired and is in class right now. If someone else from your current company is also interviewing they will cross references with that individual. I know of at least 3 people that were asked about me that were not on my ref list. Good Luck!!!

I interviewed on the 11th Jan. I had one of my internal refs called the next day but no others. So I'm in the same boat as you. It's going to be a long month.

I had heard from PD that it may be soon in Feb. After the first week of the month. Also I got hired with no KNOWN references called. I have many friends that have been shot down after getting theirs called. So this reference call discussion is pretty useless.

Talk to a bud who interviewed on 9 Jan. He also went to the Air Inc. job seminar last weekend and talked to Rebekah Krone. She confirmed 20 Feb for the DB.
