SWA Rocks
Senority starts day one!
Here's a great story; a buddy of mine is in class for two or three days--phone rings and it's Uncle Sam wanting him to sweat in the sand for two years (no, unfortunately he's not the lotion boy for the olympic women's volleyball team). He does his time and comes back approximately 5,000 employee numbers ahead of me (good on him). The point is--there's no language about trained vs. in-training. SW supports him throughout his activation with care packages and cards and his line number is intact. He was with the company two days! A lot of other airlines would've made him repeat the entire process!
