When do the polls close at NWA?

When does the voting on the NWA TA close? What are the key dates that us "redtailers" need to be concerned with on the NWA side?

I've heard that they close in the morning of May 3rd and the results are going to be available that afternoon... I'm not too sure how that'll work if paper ballots were being used, though...
