Try running a RAM test program like MEMTEST
http://hcidesign.com/memtest/download.html
BINGO!
"Error 1 out of 0 cycles (0% coverage) You have faulty RAM and should replace it."

Every time I hit "ok" it contines with "Error 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9... etc out of 0 cycles...."

Thanks TR4A.

You could try resetting the memory cards and switch them around in different slots then recheck with memtest. If you have more than one card try it with only one installed.

I use http://www.crucial.com/ for my memory. The have all computers models or motherboards listed.

Looks like it was bad RAM. I bought a new chip, installed it, ran the test again and no problems! :)

Hopefully nothing goes wrong now!!!
