Yea, I'm with you. The clause in the contract with American says that TSA NOR it's pilots will fly anything larger than a 50 seater. That statement says it all but yet......I am an azzhole for taking a position with 'em. Oh well, I'm not losing any sleep over it.

Then how come Republic is flying 70 seaters using pilots from the CHQ seniority list? Does the scope clause single TSA out and say that it can't be a single seniority list?
