Whats up with UPS

What is up with UPS these days, will they be hiring in oh 5 or 8 years when I have some PIC 121?

I think we'll start hiring when we get a new contract with better work rules. Right now, through a combination of getting larger aircraft and working crews harder, the company is able to keep the boxes moving without hiring. Also, if we reach some breaking point of sorts with crews being overworked, and the boxes quit moving, then we'd see some hiring sooner. It's all about whether the boxes move or not....
