Question 1: Hard to say. JO is no doubt going to play hardball and is doing so by having been granted court authority to reject leases on all CRJ 200s/Dash 8s and ERJs. A crap load of banks and leasing firms are intangled in this mess and how it will turn out is still a ?

Question 2: No

Question 3: Please see above post

Question 4: Unkown at this time, but if not he will go down fighting.
