I believe the Delta/Mesa lawsuit is to be heard in June/July. This is going to be critical to their bk exit, as it may or may not provide the needed cash for them to exit bk. In short, I think Delta is going to be the executioner..............

Question 1: Hard to say. JO is no doubt going to play hardball and is doing so by having been granted court authority to reject leases on all CRJ 200s/Dash 8s and ERJs. A crap load of banks and leasing firms are intangled in this mess and how it will turn out is still a ?
