$4000.00 per month or 6000.00 per month strike benefit to the strikers? What will be the strike assesment to the sheep? A extra 4% per month? I'm betting about 4800.00 to scrape by.

DickWad? Stop dreaming Snowback/Brokeback. Answer the question you little pervert.

You're still a dickwad.

To answer the question, I have no idea. No one at DAL seems to be asking. I think the vast majority of DAL pilots have been planning for a couple of years and have the ability to support themselves for several months without any assistance. There will surely be some sort of strike benefit from ALPA though, probably similar to what Comair made.

Don't feed the trolls.

You got it right the first time...

Hey Occum, your butt buddy answered the question. Don't get worked up over it. He might cut you off.

$260 a week. Thats what we got.
I doubt Delta pilots could handle that, the Eastern pilots got a lot more than that (ten years before our srike), but thats because ALPA is likes to keep regional and mainline seperated by pay too.

Good one ALPA, you T U R D.

Most of us have seen this coming for a long time. I have saved up, and I am ready if needed to strike.

That's an unfair assumption. Delta pilots payed a lot more into the system in the form of dues than any Comair pilot. Thus, they should get a little more in return.

Man this takes me back, what? 17 years? But either a striking EAL jumpseater (yes we honored them for a period) or an article I read at the time mentioned a figure in the range of $2400/mo. Izzat right?

How much did the NWA pilots get? Nothing. That's right, the CMR pilots got strike benefits and the NWA pilots didn't. Not only did the CMR pilots get strike benefits when the mainline pilots didn't, but the CMR pilots got early strike benefits to boot, something that is not afforded to mainline pilots according to the ALPA Administrative Manual. I guess the facts kind of blow your theorey out of the water.

What are you talking about? My uncle is a Whale driver, he received strike benefits. I will try to get some numbers and post later, FDJ2 I see you are probably NW and that makes me think you are trying to mislead or not telling the true story for some reason.

You seem to know a lot about sheep. How about letting DALPA worry about the strike benefit, and you keep worrying about sheep!

Isn't ALPA's slogan "Equal Representation"? It is fair to say that regionals are treated like crap as opposed to the majors.

= means =.
