For what it's worth, what would you guys say to Jonathan Ornstein if you 20 minutes face to face with him?

Picture Al Pacino in the movie Scarface......

"Say hello to my little friend...."

"I'll give you three steps.mister; three steps towards the door."

Then when he turns his back, I'll shoot him in the back--just like he has done to his employees.

Then as he's writhing on the gound, I'll look him in the eye and say, "My broker didn't steal at EF Hutton. And EF Hutton says DIE!"

segueway into the Scarface fantasy above.....

I'd say Hi, Nice to meet you, My name is Mike.

"JO, you are the greatest guy i have ever met. your work ethics and personality are to die for. when i die, i want to come back just like you, really! that is no lie."

"can i have a job pleeeeeeaaaaaase."

20 minutes? I don't think I could
be in the same room with him for 20
minutes unless someone figures out how
to slow down those leathal injection
devices and he was hooked to it!

I think I'd have to tell him to go outside
and practice falling down and spitting
out teeth, I'll be out to help in a few
minutes.

One of the biggest problems with this
industry is that all you need is fuel,
coffee, and some parts, 'cause there is
always going to be some dumb SOB that
will fly for nothing. God forgive me, I'm
one of them!

Too bad he won't just go climb into a
dumpster and smash his own kneecaps!

Is this clear enough? Or maybe I'm being
to rough on the guy...

I don't know what I would say, but I know what all the MESA temps say.... "Thank you sir, may I have another... Thank you sir may I have another.....Thank you sir, may I have another.... Thank you sir, may I have another"....... And It keeps on happening.

Seen on a bathroom wall.....

Ok, you're in a room with Sadam Hussein, Osama BinLaden, and JO......unfortunately you have a gun with only two bullets...what do you do??????

Shoot JO........TWICE!:p

Re: Re: What would you say to JO

Les Paul said:
I would tell him a good joke about all the "Business Leaders" on the flightinfo forum. Its funny that many of you think because you have access to a computer, and some sort of education, and happen to work in the aviation end of business, that suddenly qualifies you to run a multimillion dollar business.

If all of you "big talkers" are so smart and have it all figured out in regards to running an airline, then why aren't you. At least JO has accomplished something you haven't and probably couldn't do. The proof is in the fact that you are still a wannabe and have nothing better to do than b!tch around here, rather than go create and build your own business empire.

Good luck getting beyond your imaginary "MBA" sitting in front of these forums all day! I'll bet JO and all the other true business executives (good or bad) don't have that kind of wasted lazy time!Les

Okay less...I don't have a MBA. I'll bet that
most people that run sweatshops don't. If
Lowerstien has one, he is educated well be-
yond his native intelligence.

It doesn't take any kind of higher education
to be a silk stocking full of s@#T! To say no-
thing of aset of business scruples that
would shamea black widow spider.

Not documented? Then why, after purchasing
CCAIR and promising those pilots jets if they
accepted mesa's contract did he put them on
the street, cease operations of CCAIR, let the
Carolina certificate expire and only take those
crews back as the result of a legal action?

JO is a liar and a cheat...and he will get his one
of these days. If not in this life, surely in the
next. How in the name of anything honest can
you defend him? Do you run a sweat shop?
Are you so anxious to fly a junglejet that you
worship the devil incarnate? You do know,
don't you, that there are airlines out there
making money and providing not just
employment but reasonable quality of life.
And better service to their customers!

Dishonesty and dishonor are not required to
be sucessful in this or any other business, nor
are they qualities to be admired or defended.

They should be prosecuted with extreme
prejudice. What rock do you live under?

I never have said that I could run an airline, or
anything else for that matter...but if a company
can terminate me for lying, I don't think that it
is unreasonable for the same standard to be
applied to management.

I don't want to build an empire. If I did, I sure
as he!! wouldn't build it on a sandy foundation
of lies and distrust. The only wannabe that I
am is honest pay for honest work from honest
leadership. Noblesse Oblige.

Do you also respect those "leaders" at enron,
or at least up till they got caught?

And you, old sod, have time to read the
bi34ting and write with sympathy for the
devil...

Geeze!
