What is the most Junior base for Shuttle America

How long before guys are able to hold a line (dont mind sitting reserve, just trying to get a few ideas) and do reserve guys do much flying? I was looking at KIND.

At this point its moot, we are so shortstaffed, that even if you get reserve, you will be flying alot, At least on the Shuttle side

I've been sittin' 60 hrs of ready reserve a week, dont think it can get to much worse, but been wrong in the past.

You can forget LGA thats closing by june as far as the 170's are concerned, CMH i thought was the most junior, I hope i can upgrade to the 170, but Im not gonna wait either I got moves to make I want to be out of the regionals by '08

hell, 2 LGA FOs tried to upgrade from reserve, they made it but were bumped from class when they shrank it.
