Arresting wires seem to get stuck in the up position at SAV quite a bit in my experience. Perhaps they had to land over them? Maybe they should have used them? Discuss.

I am definately paying attention to winds and precipitation in SAV after what happened last year. Was it too much to ask for a grooved runway?
