Thanks, LE...:) I think that going in-house gives NJASAP more opportunities to try new things and come up with creative solutions that once proven by the largest group will become industry standards.

I've checked out your Union website and I was pleased to see the 1108 tradition (of giving the other fracs their own forum on the 1108 board) was being continued. And there's lots of helpful information on organizing. Good job! This is exactly what I hoped for when I began posting here during the midst of the NJ contract battle and encouraged the other frac pilots to make a stand, also, so that we could raise the bar for all of our families.

Pilots helping pilots and all the groups standing up for an industry standard. It's clearly the right thing to do. It does take time to build a cohesive Union and negotiate a fair contract, but as we can all see, it's well worth it. 1108 is on the right path. Hang in there, guys!

Maybe Berkshire bought FI and issued a gag order.

Might as well work the big brother angle.
