Just out of curiousity what happened to the Fo and captain on the md10 that crashed in memphis, and the 727 in florida? Where they terminated?

I am only looking for a reply from fdx guys who know. This is not an invitation to all the wannabes to start the equal opportunity crap.

Just a few days ago I read an article about the MEM MD-10 crash and I believe the article said the Captain has retired and the FO has been on leave. I'm not sure about the 727.

the capt was allowed to retire. determination for the fo hasn't been made yet. Management always waits until the final ntsb report before taking action.

If I remember correctly, the Capt and FO were terminated in the 727 crash in TLH, the second officer kept his job and is back flying the line. Remember, everything is on tape in the cockpit.

Just out of curiousity, what happened to the 727 in FL? I looked on the NTSB website and found no record of a FedEx mishap in FL, there was one in MEM it mentioned
