I wouldn't worry about it, you need to have ATP minimums for any fractional gig. If you are 21, you don't meet the mins. Guess you'll have two more years to think about it.

For what it's worth, avoid Options like the plague. Maybe in two years, things will improve. For now, it's horrible. Good luck.
