What does CAL do if they don't hire you?

How does CAL notify you if you're not hired?

I know they generally call your sponsor if you're hired, then he calls you. What about if you don't get hired? Email? Still call the guy so he can have the shame of calling you?? Waiting on a call and getting nervous!!

You should get a FedEx letter a couple days after the interview if you didn't make it.
