Can anybody tell me what a filet is? From a jepp book "high wing airplanes do not need filets like low wing airplanes because of uninterupted high pressure air flow over their wings. (IE the top of a highwing). What is a filet?

No clue here.

Not sure

I am not a pilot, but on low wing aircraft filets are the access panels along the top of the wing where the wing attaches to the fuselage. I believe the Falcon Maint Manual actually calls then filets.

I'm not sure of the context that yout Jepps was refering to, but I believe I answered your question.

pretty sure its the non-structural curved (usually plastic/composite) parts that smooth out the joint between the wing/fuselage, which reduces interference drag
