Representatives of IPA and UPS meeting today reached agreement
expanding UPS participation in the CASS program that provides
off line jumpseats to other carriers. The Company agreed that
all current carriers that meet the eligibility criteria of CASS
will be added. The agreement creates a contractual obligation
that UPS will not unreasonably withhold agreement to adding additional
carriers to CASS as they become eligible. The CASS agreement
is designed to ensure that IPA jumpseating privileges on other
carriers are maintained.

Good on yer.
