Hello to everyone. Good topic.
I am also looking for flying job but not for free. For good money of course. These are my credetials -- 426TT, 118Multi, Commercial Multi/Single

I don't really have any problem with Daviator's original post. When you have only 60 hours multi, nobody is going to pay you to fly their twin. When I had 60 hours, if somebody was willing to let me sit right seat and help them out for free I would have done it. It's not taking someone's job... if they really needed someone there then they would/should pay. But if they don't really need you then I'd say they're doing you a favor, and free is fine.

I was getting paid at 50 hours
