When I stumble back drunk and need to drink some water, I don't even think about that, and probably won't in the future either. What doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger.

There's germs everywhere. Don't worry about it. Its good practice for the immune system. Hell, all of this anti-bacterial soap/hand cleanser mania is one of the reasons that anti-biotics are less effective these days.
 
I saw that report on the news the other night and was totally grossed out. Even the ATL Airport Renaissance and the Ritz Buckhead did it, and those are pretty swanky hotels. Imagine the dolla crack ho dives we stay in. I'll never use those cups again!
 
Unfortunately it won't change until there are more stories like this that influence public opinion.
