Arthur, since you're in Wichita, have you applied at Ryan?

Air Midwest (also locally) has a high turnover so they're nearly always hiring.

I would change Nebraska University to University of Nebraska. The way you have it now makes it seem suspect to being a fake degree. I believe you, as your name appears on the alumni page for UNO aviation institute.

Also, taylor your resume to each job posting for each airline. I.E. your objective should be clearly directed at the company you are applying for. Also make sure your cover letter is well crafted and does not appear like a "canned" letter.
