I went to aviation interviews to see the experience of others. What does it mean when someone walks in your stuff?

Is it the resume?

Resume and cover letter?

What is it?

and to whom do you give the stuff to?

Thank you

In all seriousness its your resume and cover letter. Turned in by a friend or someone you've worked with professionaly. The legend is that your stuff goes to the top of the pile. I dont know if thats true, but it does help it.

Its all about who you know, not what you know.

I second what Mamba 20 said. I had a friend walk my resume into ASA and got a phone interview within 2 days. It's all about who know.
