Crewing the 45 is just going on an as needed bases for the time being, doesn't make sense to train tons of people on the thing when we have only two of them.
As for the cockpits, the 31A's are all pretty much the same. The 35's do vary a little, but they are pretty similar and cockpit wise fairly common to the older "straight 31's" that we have.
As for growth... It seems to go by the percentage of trip requests they deny along with company performance.
As for crews they are really faithful about keeping the pilots/planes ratio appropriate for the amount of flying we do and obviously replace for retirements, attrition, etc...
