On the very day RAH made its (ill advised) purchase of Frontier, a hearing was being held in Houston by IBT regarding GS and co's activities with TLU 747. GS had been removed from his position as 747's president months before. GS and/or TM never had anything to do with Frontier or RAH's purchase thereof.

Secondarily, are you aware of how GS was able to do what he did for as long as he did and what happened that finally brought his activities to light?

Did/do you not know this, did you forget it, or did you choose to ignore it in the interest of inflammatory rhetoric?

First Officer Morgan, your attempt to connect GS/TM to current events is, by definition, non sequitur.

Seeing as how this all went down over four years ago, memory is a little hazy as to exact timelines. Upon reflection, I believe it was the YX purchase that was announced the day of the hearing in Houston rather than the intent to purchase F9. The F9 purchase was announced a short time later.

Regardless, it does not change the fact that GS/TM were long gone by the time all the fun and games started with the SLI.

It has nothing to do with the SLI. Tell me smart ass, what ever happend to the money that he stole? Did the pilots ever get a refund or remedy?

Actually it was the motion for an expedited briefing schedule and expedited judgment of the request for dismissal that was denied. The merits of the case have yet to be heard, but why let facts get in the way of your argument at this late stage.

Do you realize that the ultimate result of the IBT winning their lawsuit would be native RAH pilots on the street along with the Frontier pilots,and NO SLI?

Spin it as you wish-Investco is toast.As for native RAH pilots on the street-not so much.I know that must be a huge concern of yours.We are hiring.If the F9 pilots end up on the street,SLI is irrelevant.You don't work for RAH anymore and F9 is not a drag on earnings-sounds like a win-win !

International paid back about 4X to the RAH group by funding the defense against the staple job proposed by FAPA.

clarification: Current DT wasn't here then... it was a different old guy in that same position title with the same intials... Don not Doug

with staffing like it is, a handful of native-RAH guys furloughed wouldn't be the worst thing. Sometimes there is collateral damage for the greater good. in this case, F9 pilots don't know the meaning of FINAL & BINDING. F9 is a cancer as it is. Everybody knows and sees this. IBT has to stop the infection..... The SLI will still be in effect though... the date is only 8 days away now.....
