At 145 knots, flaps 45, start down to rejoin glideslope slowly (not chop and drop), using about 45% N1 instead of the ~60% N1 needed normally.

...Place in your EZ bake oven and set the timer for 5 minutes and....

VOILA! your very first visual approach!

Don't be foolish; I don't eat my boogers. I save them for later and wipe them on the handle of your flight bag. Noticed how you've been dropping it more lately? Slippery buggers ain't they.
