Is a French Visa required for Pt 91 crews before going to Paris? I heard it was a rule that was not always enforced since passengers do not require a visa.

Also what other countries in Europe and Asia require visas?

Which company would you trust to expedite your Visa application?

I understand that it is required in France. We went and got the visas, nobody ever looked for or at them in France.

They are required. They may not check but if they do and you do not have them I hope you speak French. Also, if you are flying on a Class II medical I would consider getting a class I or get the letter in French that explains that a FAA Class II is equal to a ICAO Class I.

G3 Visa is the way to go.

Never had the frogs look at my visa, but I wouldn't let it lapse and try to get in. G3 is good, Travisa in Chicago got me two 1 year French visas in about three days. This, when appointments at the French embassy were packed for the next three and a half weeks.

Pax do NOT require a French visa - Crews DO require it. That's the law - just because they don't check for it on arrival doesn't mean that you don't need it. You'd be an absolute fool to take that chance.

And yes, there is no-one better able to get your visa than G-3 in DC - they wrote the book on the subject.
