Not too demean Virgin, but yes NJA has better benefits, pay and overall QOL(IMO)..

He's disgruntled because we were all told 2-3 year upgrade.. Now the most junior SIC has 6 years in, the senior SIC's are at 7 and increasing by alot... Upgrades will not occur at NJA for a long time (5+ years)

So he's mad about that, he's mad that the Union Pres. keeps on preaching doom and gloom to get the troops riled up elimiating any job security feelings, and he's mad that older guys are still flying. Yet there is no retirement age in 91/135 so it should be expected.

Alot of NJA SIC will probably leave for Legacies/LCC's when they start hiring:erm:. Being an SIC on an Ultra or Beechjet for 10 years is not everyone's cup of tea. Me, I don't care, just pay me and fly me to work.
