Would like the latest feedback and QOL picture on this operator.

Aren't you the guy that's getting torn a new one on the 135 forum? Something about you being an @$$ to a company that fired you?

PFT outfit. fly the 2nd king-air off the line... i have heard maintenance is suspect. be wary...

Shouldnt the operative word be "Vintage"!!!!

Don't know first hand, but a good friend of mine worked there while on furlough... Said it was scary due to lousy MX, a fly or you're fired management style, and just an overall fear for his life.

don't really know anything about the company but can tell you I saw them every day in the bahamas over at marsh harbour and treasure cay. They also fly a beech 1900. They have a great name in the bahamas with the hotels and I never ever heard anything bad aboutt them from the pilots who worked there or from passengers in the bahamas. This is 3 years of flying around da bahamas.

So the maint. isues a lil confusing but then again I stopped flying to the bahamas 2 years ago so maybe the maint has gone south.

Just strange since they have a great name in the islands. that they would have a bad maint.

I do remember hearing on another thread from another website that they shut down their MCO operation... here it is http://coconuttelegraph.net/forums/showthread.php?t=3037

doesnt really say much just locals in the bahamas that say that.....

Their nose gear was always collapsing, it seemed! Heard of that happening several times down in New Smyrna Beach.

they've not had any incidents for a while, it seems, which is good. they do fly the crap out of their whole fleet. 4 or 5 king airs and the beech 1900. they also like to cut cessnas off when the little guys are on final but that's another story...

About Vintage & QOL

Turned down an invitation to INTERVIEW with this firm one year ago since the CP related there was NO HEALTH PLAN in place for the PILOT GROUP at that time, and also NO GUAURNTEED MINIMUM PAY either.
Has anything changed at this operator at this time??????
