VA Interview

Hey all, have a Virgin America interview scheduled on the 16th. Does anyone have any recent insight into the process or gouge at all? Looking forward to it.

lots of tell me about a time questions, a written test (atp written test, 20 questions straight out of the book).
Pretty straight forward.

And when they say business casual they realy mean it. No tie required.

Just finished the online assesment. How long have you guys had to wait for them to get back to you about an interview?

About 4 months ago, it took them 24hrs to get back to you with an answer unless you took the test on a Friday, then in that case it would be the following Monday or Tuesday.

I got this meesage after completing the online assesment about a week ago.

"We have recieved your responses and someone from virgin america will contact you regarding your next step in hiring process."

Is this a positive sign? Its been a week with no email and was wondering if that means a no go for the interview.

Good luck getting hired. Your lucky if they hire even 1 person out of the interview class of 10. They are lame and need to stop wasting peoples time. Prescreen better or something...

They are hiring 16 pilots a month so they must be taking more than you say. Maybe it’s just you!

Whoops, they just hired 6 of the 9 guys (well, one was a girl) that interviewed on the 20th.
