I don't think part 23 airplanes like the Baron have V1 V2 speeds, those are part 25 airplane numbers.
 
I always used one or two notches in the 58 for approaches, plenty of time to add the last when you break out, or it lands fine with those settings just a little longer.

Full flaps from the FAF is fine also, but if you pop one off and have to go around what little single engine performance is gone until you can get them up from full.

From an ex baron freighter point of view, anything over one notch is too slow to stay with the flow in large airports, pisses off ATC.
