How long have you been in flying? I found breaking into the non-flying world as someone who had been a pilot was nearly impossible. I think companies figure you will leave them as soon as a good flying job comes up. With BS in Education and Masters in Management I applied for a number of training opening, lower level management and never received one interview. I has also run my own company for five years where I had 20 employees and a 3.5M operation, but I could not crack that non-flying world. I did take a job as a High School Chemistry teacher until I got the Dir of Training job at USA Jet. I was 53 years old at the time and the economy was strong.
