Hope Mr. Kelly is watching! This is what he'll get to enjoy in the next couple of years. We'll all get to look back and think to ourselves "it was a nice ride while it lasted". Best of luck to the SWA guys.
 
I got $20 bucks on 20 pages. Minimimun.

Guess binding arbitration doesn't mean anything anymore. Let's just tie it up in legal battles for years and roll the dice that we can get some crazy judge to set a terrible precedent to negate "binding arbitration".

This kind of thing is getting out of hand.

I have no dog in this fight but for an arbitrator to allow the merging of essentially mainline and regional seniority lists together shows how completely out of touch with reality he is. Just because an arbitrator decides it doesn't mean it is beyond reproach...

I'll take that bet, but Lear70 has us at 20 pages, so I raise to 25, plus a decert effort AND.....drum roll.........demand for DOH.....

Even though the latter might hurt 'em, they'll prly demand it anyway, seeing as how it's worked so well over at USAir.....

These are the lawsuits pilots have to deal with when the gold standard DOH was abandoned by some pilot groups. All the DOH integrations work themselves out.Just wait til the SWA AAI goes down. Atlas and Polar are still separate. Abandoning DOH was opening up pandoras box.

Hate to throw a wrench in the works here guys, but you need to have a time from on the page count.
