No don't do that, you want to work at DAL someday, but you won't need to brign it to the interview.
 
Sierra West did have a listing for 727 crews a while back. I'm surprised JUS didn't go for the 737-400, it looks like Kalitta Charters II just acquired one. But I'll always be a 727 fan.
 
Not a 727 question but couldn't find another place to put this:

I see that a former DL MD-88, N978DL, is now at USA Jet. Was it converted to a cargo version or is it still a pax airplane ?
 
I think Wikipedia may have part of the answer. USA Jet bought 15 MD88s from Delta, using 6 for freighter conversion and active flying. The rest are parts donors. But it doesn't say which N#s are which. N978DL is no longer in the FAA registry beyond the change of ownership so that may signal its fate:
