Seniority disputes are an internal union process. It abhors me that you can even think about hijacking the company and getting them involved with your problems. You westies are real class acts- NOT

The TA is a TRI-LATERAL agreement Perry Mason. There is NOTHING internal about the Nic. arbitration. Keep sweating it out for 80 bucks an hr. LESS than Spirit pilots. Someday some of you idiots will wake up and realize you're lucky to be employed, even as parasites to America West.

I was sitting in the Court room when Judge Wake flatly stated that it "was not true" that USAPA is free to abandon the Nic. The Companies case is getting remanded back to Wake. If USAPA can't abandon it, do you really think the company can?

Sleep well.

It looks like Usair will merge with someone.

I hope it is not us.

I don't blame you for not wanting to go through a transfer of misery.

Actually your right, it should be an internal union process, the process played out and the easties threw a hissy fit when they saw the results.

Now others have to be involved.

The next person to improperly use the word Scab gets a 10-day FI vacation.

I know this is an emotionally-charged issue, but the Terms of Service are still in full force. Obey them, or be gone. Period.

Come on people... when you report a posting that violates the TOS here, dont turn around and make a post while "quoting" the very post you reported as a violation!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quoting the violation is no better than the person that made the original post!!!!! Just use the report system, make your squawk... let us look at it and take action... make your comment if you must... but keep the ball inbounds....

One booted for continuied scab talk in the face of the TOS and the MODS warning.. anyone else??
We mean it folks.. stop it..... stay within the TOS.. the next one to continue this type of discussion with get 30 days or 86'ed for good..
