Sounds like Windfall gains to me. We ought to tax it 100% and give back to the people who sacrifice food and clothing to fly across the country.

Contracts are currently being negotiated for the pilots and the flight attendants, not sure about the other work groups. As for the pilot group, we have to have a new joint contract (JNC), and a single senority list which is scheduled for arbitration, prior to operating under one certificate. The company hopes to throw the switch on the single operating certificate in April of 2007.
