What were competitive mins the last round of interviewing? I'm assuming when hiring really picks up, those competitive mins will drop. Also, how far to solid internal recs take you? Some airlines obviously put more weight on internal recs than others.

Most of the people in my class had over 6,000 tt and at least 1000 or more tpic. There were a few exceptions but they had strong recommendations.
Everyone had a college degree but several of us didn't have any internal recs.

Strong recs as in family members or just line pilots?

Interviewed earlier this month. 5500tt, 700tpic, left seat e145. No internal recs. Do have a college degree. Great interview process, super friendly; in and out in 3 hrs.

Maybe 90 in the last year? Don't quote me though. I could be way off. I believe we are in the process of hiring 40 or 50 announced on the last permanent bid.
