US Airways Nov 5 New Hires

On the last bid award, there were 11 "new hires" in PHL. These were all PHL 190 FO positions... These were below all the formor CEL Pilots. I believe these were the AWA poolies... I have no info on the NOV. class... I'll post when the next bid award comes out...

What does "below all the former CEL pilots" mean?

Filter? Working for a wholly owned means you are filtered out until your management says it's OK for you to go. Sounds a little bit like discrimination?
