Yes the SWA guys on here have ego problems, but their airline always makes money and they seem super happy.

Be careful, US may rise from the dead as the new AA with Parker at the helm. I hope the new AA will recognize that customer service should be a high priority and lose the US mentality that customers have grown to hate.
