System wide it was an increase of about 4%. Each base got within 1% of that number. However it looks like they increased the average number of block hours on each line. I think it is stupid that we have guys out on furlough and 95 hour flying lines.
Keep in mind part of the reason for the furloughs is because of mainline.
They stopped taking people from PSA/PDT. Originally, mgmt beefed up the pilot roster counting on that certain percentage going to mainline (mostly), as well as normal attrition. Now that NOBODY is hiring, we are stagnant and overstaffed. Really, furloughs are because of this more than any reduction in flying.
